At Ysabel Mora, we offer you the option to deactivate your account or delete your personal data from our records.
Below we inform you of the difference:
- Deactivating your account: means that in the future, you'll be able to recover all your information if you change your mind and decide to come back. While your profile is deactivated, you'll not have access to the account and you will not receive any communication from us.
- Deleting your personal data: we will remove your personal information, such as your name, address, email address, IP address, and payment data. Non-personal data, such as information about your purchases, sales dates and times, and order values, will remain visible in business reports.
If you want to delete your account but haven't made any purchases, we can completely remove it from our system. This means that you'll no longer be able to access it and you'll have to start from scratch if you want to have an Ysabel Mora account again in the future.
