In the event that you've used a Gift Card to place your order, we'll first refund the amount of the Gift Card. If the refund amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining refund will be credited back to the same payment method you used to complete the order.
Example: You place a €40 order and use a €25 Gift Card + a credit card to pay for the rest of the total. You'd like to return items worth €30, so we will refund you €25 back to the same Gift Card for you to use in your next order and €5 back to the credit card you used to complete the purchase. In other words, the refund will be returned to you in order of priority, first to your Gift Card and then to the payment method (debit card, credit card, PayPal, Scalapay, etc.).
